General:
All prices shown on this website are in Canadian Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please contact our order desk if you would like to set up terms with us.
Limited Warranty:
PSS products are carefully inspected for manufacturing defects, however it is not always possible to detect hidden defects. Said products are warranted only to the extent that PSS will replace
without charge, products proved to have manufacturing defects within six (6) months of the date of delivery thereof and only when installed by a licensed professional contractor who installed
said product in accordance with applicable local plumbing and installation codes, and provided PSS has been given an opportunity to inspect
the product alleged to be defective and the installation or use thereof. No warranty is included against any expense for removal, re-installation or other consequential damages
arising from any defect. The warranties set out above are the only warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Product Returns:
Any claims in regards to short shipments or damaged goods must be reported
within 10 days of receipt of goods. Any defective merchandise is returnable for credit subject to inspection. NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER. If returned items are found not to be defective, they will be returned to you with your next order. Items ordered in error are subject to a 25% restocking charge and must be
returned freight prepaid. COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL BE REFUSED.
Non-Stocked and Special Order items are not returnable.
